now don’t get me started on Bikram… made the blogger chick jump, fellow yogini. Took a Bikram out of sheer curiosity this weekend in Atlanta. I have an instructor on my staff who studied with him, burned out, and has found yoga again. All I can say is that it’s wild to be in a room so hot that when the exterior door opens in 102 degree weather the air feels freezing. blessings on your trip, namaste, liv
